- This "Anti - Fat" nonsense we've gotten into as Americans is killing us. Healthy Fat is good. The other big problem - eating processed junk, and downing tons of crappy carbs. I'm a regular guy, I'm 40, and I have a sedentary job. I've gone primal/paleo a year ago and I feel great.

- I'm NOT an Obama supporter, but I would agree with you. The canundrum we face is money vs what should happen. Iran needs to be taken out behind the wood-shed. Ahmedinjahd needs to be tossed out on his ear, and Iran's ability to produce weapons grade plutonium derailed - period.

- If anyone wants a good read about Mexico's drug problem, read the book "El Sicario" . It's about a Mexican hit-man who works for the cartels. It illustrates how rife and rampant the corruption is in Mexico.

- That would make too much sense. We're better off giving billions of dollars in foreign aid to countries like Pakistan and Egypt. For reals though, I can't help but wonder if there was a way to funnel water from the Missouri and Mississippi Rivers into the Oglala aquifer.
